Warranty Policy

Enthu Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd having its office at Plot No 32 PMR Layout 5th street Block B, Deepa Mill Road Goldwins Civil Aerodrome Post, Coimbatore Aerodrome, Coimbatore South – 641014, Tamil Nadu [(hereinafter referred to as “Enthu Tech”/ “We”/ “Us”/ “Our”), engaged in the business of offering product development, consultancy services and IoT solutions development to its clients (“Clients”/ “You” / “Your”).

This warranty policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”), helps You to understand the warranty terms and conditions in relation to products purchased by You from Us. The terms and conditions contained hereinunder are applied to the warranty, which is granted by Us to You for the products purchased from Us. Derogation from the terms contained here is only allowed subject to a written instrument signed separately by Us. These warranty terms supersede all terms and conditions (if any) contained in the purchase order with respect to warranty provided to the product.

We advise You to read this Policy carefully before claiming any warranty with respect to any products purchased from us.

Warranty Period

Warranty Period for the products purchased by You shall be 12 months from the date of invoice. The Products’ parts repaired or replaced, including replacement of the Products, under the terms of warranty are covered only until the expiry of the aforesaid warranty period

Warranty Coverage

This Policy covers only manufacturing defects and performance defects of the products.

Exceptions and cases not covered by warranty:

  • Devices or their parts (enclosures, wires, seal, etc.) which are mechanically damaged.
  • Improper installation, maintenance, and operation in accordance with conditions specified in the product user guide.
  • Electronics parts damaged because of the water logging.
  • Devices which are remodelled, changed, or repaired by persons not authorized by us.
  • Devices damaged because of high electricity surge (this is not applicable for battery devices).
  • Devices damaged because of external sensor / external product fault / faulty connections.
  • Any damages because of the logistics company/shipping process.
  • Any products damaged due to natural disasters.
  • For water meters, in case meters were installed without filters at the inlet and such installation of water meter was in impure water.
  • Integrate our product with any of their sensors / devices which is not mentioned in the user manual
  • Any Consumables, Batteries, Cables, power adaptors.
  • Any other Physical damages on the product.

Warranty Claim Procedure

  • In case if you wish to make a warranty claim for any defaulted products during the warranty period, you raise a support ticket at support@enthutechaiot.com
  • Before raising a ticket, kindly ensure to go through the complete user manual document of that product available in our website
  • You are required to submit the following details while raising a ticket:
    • Invoice Copy/Invoice Number
    • Actual deployment/ testing pictures
    • Fault/Issue observed by you
  • The support tickets raised during business hours (10 AM to 6 PM) will be attended to within 24-48 working hours. If such tickets are raised on Sunday or a public holiday, we shall respond on the subsequent working day.
  • Our team will attempt to resolve the issue/concerns remotely. If such remote support is not effective, You shall be required to send the defaulted products to Us for Our inspection and verification, subsequent to the receipt of Our email in this regard. The defaulted products shall be sent in same packaging provided by Us or in equivalent safety packaging, preventing physical damage that may affect the condition of the products
  • Upon the receipt of the products, We shall examine the same and intimate regarding the repair/replacement of the products, in accordance with the warranty terms. No repair / replacement of defaulted products is made without completing the inspection process on the faulted products. The faulted products will be checked by technical personnel, to confirm the fault described by You and determine whether such products comply with warranty conditions. In case of repair/replacement of the products, the timelines to complete the repair/replacement and delivery of the products shall be shared to You through email.
  • Any associated shipping cost for returning the product from You to Us or vice versa shall be borne by You.
  • In event of no response to the tickets raised by You, you shall reach out to the IoT support team via email –support@enthutechaiot.com. In case, there is no response to the aforesaid email, kindly contact Us at connect@enthutechaiot.com.
  • All supports via email limited to the user manual will be free of cost.
  • If the customer wants to integrate our product with any of their Sensors / Devices which is not mentioned in the user manual are out of the free support scope and we can support them on a consultancy chargeable basis.

Annual Maintenance

Terms and Conditions with respect to annual maintenance are as under:

  • AMC period – 12 months from the product shipment date.
  • AMC cost is 15% of the product unit cost.
  • AMC is applicable only to free up the repair service charges. If any parts are to be replaced then the respective cost will be applicable extra.
  • If repair is not possible then the defaulted products will be returned to you. Then, the Customer needs to purchase a new product again if required.
  • No replacement of Faulty devices during the AMC Period.
  • Battery is not covered under the AMC.
  • AMC needs to be availed for the whole batch of Invoice units.
  • AMC is eligible only when the order value of a single purchase order exceeds 3 Lakhs.
  • AMC could not be availed once the product lifetime is completed 5 years.
  • All other above-mentioned default warranty terms are applicable during the AMC period also
  • We may enter into an annual maintenance agreement with you to cover the other terms and conditions of AMC of the products purchased by You.

Limitations and Disclaimers

  • Except as provided herein, implied and express warranties and conditions arising under law or in equity, if any, including but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability or merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability or those arising by a course of dealing or usage of trade are disclaimed to the fullest extent allowable by law.
  • The performance of necessary repairs and replacement by Us is the exclusive remedy under this policy. We do not authorize any person or entity to create for it any other obligations or liability. The decision of whether to repair or replace a part or use a new, reconditioned, or remanufactured part will the sole discretion of Us
  • Except as provided in this policy, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, We are not responsible for and disclaims any and all special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out or relating to the products, including, loss in transportation, loss of time, loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits, loss of business, loss of property, loss of life, loss of goodwill; or any other indirect loss or damage howsoever caused.
  • The above limitations and exclusions shall apply whether the claim is in contract, tort, breach of warranty or condition, misrepresentation, otherwise at law or in equity, even if We are advised of the possibility of such damages.
