Shipping Policy

Enthu Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd having its office at Plot No 32 PMR Layout 5th street Block B, Deepa Mill Road Goldwins Civil Aerodrome Post, Coimbatore Aerodrome, Coimbatore South – 641014, Tamil Nadu (hereinafter referred to as “Enthutech”/ “We”/ “Us”/ “Our”), engaged in the business of offering product development, consultancy services and IoT solutions development to its customers (“You” / “Your”/ “Customers”)

This shipping policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”), helps You to understand Our shipping procedure and delivery timelines in relation to products purchased by You from Us.

We advise You to read this Policy carefully prior to your purchase of Our products. This Policy shall be applicable to any orders for the products that You purchase with Us.

Shipping Terms:

  • We shall ensure that the orders placed by You are shipped as per the requirements agreed under the purchase order/proforma invoice in the fastest time possible as stated in purchase order/proforma invoice. If any terms & conditions in the purchase order differ/are not mentioned as per the quotation/proforma invoice, then the Terms & Conditions mentioned in the proforma invoice shall be considered as the final
  • If any details mentioned in the proforma invoice including the billing details, shipping details, products details, and other terms & conditions are not agreed, then it should be modified before processing of the payment in relation to product placed by You. Any Payment made against the proforma invoice is an acknowledgment of acceptance of the proforma invoice and no physical signature is required in such case for acceptance.
  • You shall be liable for any penalties or fines or products seized due to incorrect GSTIN or billing address provided by You to Us, and We shall not bear the expenses of any manner whatsoever in this regard.
  • We strive to ship all the products placed by You together in the same shipment. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or its unavailability. In such cases, the products are shipped separately with different timelines and the same will be intimated You in prior.
  • You will be asked to sign an acknowledgment at the time of delivery indicating the acceptance of the products. However, at the time of delivery, if you believe that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged, kindly refuse to accept the delivery of the package, and contact us at support@enthutechaiot.com. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest, subject to necessary inspection.
  • In case the products purchased by You is tampered or damaged or not in working conditions, you shall avail the warranty claim for the respective defaulted products as per Our warranty policy( www.enthutechaiot.com/warranty-policy)
  • Once You place Your order, We shall share the tracking ID and the name of the logistic service provider to your registered email address. You will be able to track the shipping status of Your order on the website of respective logistic service provider. In event of any delay in the delivery of the products, you shall reach out to Us (details below) and the respective logistic service provider vide their customer care email.
  • Please note all products will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per relevant tax laws.
  • We shall engage third-party logistics service provider to deliver the products purchased by You at the address given by You. We may also ship Your order through EMS Speed post or any other modes on any special request received from You to any remote locations with additional shipment cost, if You believe that Our delivery partners do not have coverage or served You improperly in the previous orders. However, we cannot guarantee to comply to such special request made by You, as it is subject to the possibility and availability of such modes. This is due to the reason that each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting and if they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.
  • Any lead time mentioned in the proforma invoice is for shipping the product from the warehouse. However, the actual delivery date shall solely depend upon the respective logistic service provider
  • We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products which may be caused by such third- party logistic providers or due to any unforeseen events and not be liable for any loss or theft of the products during the transit of the products. Further, in case You are directly engaging a logistics service provider for the delivery of the products, We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the product while delivering the product to You and the risk of loss and damage shall pass to You upon the handing over of the products to such logistics service provider.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

We levy a non-refundable shipping and delivery charge which may vary from product to product. The total delivery charge of Your order shall be intimated at the time of placing the order

Delivery Timelines

  • In the event of availability of the products, we make our best efforts to ship your order within 3-4 business days of the execution of the purchase order or from the date of advance payment made by You as per the proforma invoice, whichever later. In case of non-availability of the products, we shall endeavour to ship your order within 6-8 business weeks of the execution of the purchase order or from the date of advance payment made by You, whichever later as per the proforma invoice. However, the shipping timeline mentioned herein are approximate and the delivery timeline is also subject to your geographical location.
  • For international shipping, the delivery timeliness shall be intimated to You at the time of placement of your order. All international orders may attract local duties in that country and You will have to pay locally, accordingly.
  • We shall ship the products only during Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. orders placed on Sunday or public holiday will be shipped only on the subsequent working day.
  • We cannot guarantee to the shipping and delivery timeliness mentioned herein as it is totally beyond our control in case of occurrence of any force majeure event. There will be delay in delivery due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity, extraneous factors including but limited to unsuitable weather, lockdowns, pandemics, political disruptions, act of God and other unforeseen circumstances. In any such cases of delay, We shall intimate You via email.

Accurate Information of the Client

While placing the order, You shall be prompted to give a shipping address. Please ensure to provide Us the correct, complete, and accurate information along with the pin code for the delivery of the products. We shall be, under no circumstance be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased products arising out of Your failure to provide Us with correct and complete shipping address or such information required for the shipping of the products. We will not be able to change the shipping address after the dispatch of the products.
